Please allow us to introduce American Technical Fabricators, located in Bad Axe, Michigan.  ATF is owned and operated by three former senior managers of Vultron, Inc.

In 2005, American Technical Fabricators purchased virtually all of the manufacturing assets of Vultron, Incorporated.  Beyond the assets, American Technical Fabricators also retained all of the experienced key personnel associated with the Vultron manufacturing process.

In July of 2006, Vultron ceased all business operations under a Federal Bankruptcy order.  In August, American Technical Fabricators purchased the entire remaining key inventory, service equipment, and fabrication molds from the defunct company.

With our experienced staff, and with the key assets of Vultron secured, we are now able to provide former Vultron customers with quality replacement parts, service, and support for their existing Vultron equipment.

In addition to supporting the existing Vultron customer-base, we also provide high-quality fabrication, assembly, and support services including:

  • LED Signs & Systems
  • Alphanumeric LCD Signs
  • Custom Sign & Sheet-Metal Fabrication
  • Built-to-Specification Sign Housings
  • Electrical Enclosures
  • Pole & Ground Mounted Control Cabinets
  • Injection Molded Plastics & Parts
  • Thermo Vacuum-formed Plastics & Parts
  • Powder-Coat Painting
  • Integration and Assembly Services, including through-hole circuit-board processing, soldering, coil winding, cabling, machine shop services, and general assembly.

We look forward the opportunity to discuss how we can provide the Vultron products and services that your company may need.  From new sales on signs, components, repair services, and technical support, please call us at 989-269-6262.
