Bryan Barwig,
PRESIDENT
As the founding and senior
member of ATF, LLC Bryan has brought with him a
deep understanding of manufacturing systems,
materials management processes, and industrial
engineering concepts. Bryan is responsible for
the overall leadership of the company with
specific involvement in strategic, operational,
and industrial planning activities.
Prior to forming ATF, LLC in 2005, he
spent 24 years with Vultron, Inc. in various
manufacturing, maintenance, and management
roles.
For the last 14 years of his tenure he held the
position of plant manager for their Bad Axe
facility, overseeing all of the strategic
manufacturing functions of the company,
including the fabrication and delivery of over
400 sign systems and electronic components.
Bryan holds a degree in Business
Administration with an emphasis in Business Law,
Labor Relations Management, and Quality Control
Systems.
Robert Lemmen,
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Bob joined ATF, LLC in
September 2006 and is responsible for all of the
company’s sales, marketing, and business
development activities.
In addition, he is directly involved in
the financial, administrative, and strategic
planning functions of the company.
Prior to joining ATF, Bob held the
positions of Vice President of Sales/Service and
Director of Operations for Vultron, Inc.
For over 17 years he has served in
various sales, operations management, and group
management roles for a diverse group of
companies, including Vultron, Digicom
Communications, Verizon Wireless, IC Solutions,
and Hudson’s.
Bob holds degrees in
Industrial/Organizational Psychology and
Business Administration from Central Michigan
University, and has been recognized twice in the
“Who’s Who of Michigan Business” directory as
well as by the State of Michigan for community
outreach leadership.
Dale Slater, VICE
PRESIDENT – DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Dale has been working in the
sheet metal fabrication industry for over 31
years.
With a formal military drafting education along
with his extensive training and knowledge of
AutoCad, SolidWorks, Inventor 3D, and MulitPunch
II applications, Dale leads ATF’s engineering
division.
In this role, he is responsible for working with
customers to optimize their design concepts,
reduce costs through product improvements, and
develop shop processes to maximize quality and
customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining ATF, Dale was a
mechanical design and process engineer for
Vultron, Inc. for 15 years.
A specialist in enclosure design and
requirements, he worked on the design and
fabrication of many of Vultron’s strategic ITS
VMS and DMS sign systems, enclosures,
structures, and sub-components.
